As the visionary founder of the Urban Youth Racing School (UYRS), Anthony Martin has spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives that have empowered thousands of underrepresented youth. His expertise in strategic partnerships, diversity advocacy, and innovative program development has positioned him as a thought leader in motorsports and education. With a proven ability to inspire, lead, and drive systemic change, Martin is a dynamic force in the Motorsports Industry and plans to elevate UYRS’s impact in 2024 and beyond.
Anthony’s creative approach to STEM education has resulted in UYRS becoming a one of a kind, internationally recognized program that has been featured on Good Morning America, CNN, ESPN, USA Today, NASCAR.com, and The Philadelphia Inquirer to name a few.
A seasoned branding and social media expert, Michelle Martin has over 23 years of experience in the non profit space driving impactful youth programs, strategic branding, and social media initiatives. As the Chief Operating Officer of the Urban Youth Racing School (UYRS), she has played a pivotal role in establishing UYRS as a nationally acclaimed program that introduces urban students to STEM through the lens of motorsports. With a background in media and advertising through her previous multi media company Star Shooters, Michelle has a proven track record of elevating nonprofit organizations, fostering community engagement, and leading innovative marketing strategies. Her leadership skills, honed through years of experience, make her a formidable force in the nonprofit sector.

UYRS Instructor is a juvenile corrections program and facilities expert who represents more than 31 years of educational, recreational, facilities management, and military experience; including extensive administration and training of youth, staff, clients and facilities.
STEM Program Manager
Terron Martin, a Philadelphia native, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his role as the Program STEM Manager at the Urban Youth Racing School. With a diverse educational background in Business Management, Music Production, Audio Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, Terron exemplifies a dynamic and multifaceted approach to education and mentorship.
Terron’s journey with the Urban Youth Racing School began when he was just 8 years old. His dedication and love for the program have seen him grow from a young participant to a pivotal leader within the organization. Now, at 34 years old, Terron leverages his extensive experience and skills to inspire and educate the next generation of students.
